Fiocruz’s Innovation Portfolio (available only in Portuguese) is the first effort to identify and update the results obtained in the innovative research conducted in the institution. According the development prospects of Complex Economic and Industrial Health (CEIS), the project is seeking to leverage social use of these innovations. The idea is transferring knowledge and technology in health through partnerships.
The Foundation is gathering projects which supplies the health needs of the society through the productive sector. It includes the following segments: medicine and drugs, diagnostic reagents, health technology services, medical equipment, vaccines and immunobiologicals, information and communication technologies and biopesticides and biocides. At least eight of them aroused the interest of potential partners.
