Are you interested in improving your research? Join our webinar “What is a Pathfinder Study? Tools and Benefits”
The event will showcase the innovative methodology with experiences from Latin America and Asia
The Covid-19 pandemic imposed a strongly time sensitive rhythm to researchers. Many teams and managers faced the generation of a great amount of data and also the need to disclose rapid and meaningful results to the public.
During the research cycle, with time and resources constraints, it turns to be more and more difficult to organize, process, analyse and understand advancements, but, more importantly, challenges and solutions faced by research teams and managers.
Designing, planning, operating, and reporting studies, but also documenting solutions, tools, and training available in a research field can help researchers within the research team to improve their skills and praxis. Moreover, junior or even senior researchers who are conducting similar studies could benefit from such process and learn from and be inspired by what we call a Pathfinder study.
A Pathfinder aims to identify and record the steps required for a study and track key metrics (time taken and resources required) at each step to generate a process map. But also, to support identifying barriers and solutions, capture and share tools/methods/technology or governance processes of each challenge.
To get to know more about how to apply this innovative methodology join us at the webinar “What is a Pathfinder Study? Tools and Benefits”, which will present actual experiences from Latin America and Asia.
